He is a computer technology scientist with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Scott showcases an advanced technical development experience, comprehensive AI, Data Science, and Geospatial knowledge, and a robust general science background. He is able to provide consulting, project development, and training using numerous modern technologies to solve real-world challenges. In his past roles, he coordinated and implemented projects for funding agencies involved in health, security, national intelligence, and oil & gas, among others. Dr. Scott has published over 30 academic research articles in top international journals and conferences.
